Ritual Candle
Ritual Candle provides access to a digital candle ritual.
Available purchases are:
1 candle — $1
6 candles — $5
Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
After payment, your key is displayed immediately. A copy is also sent to the email address provided during purchase.
Each key gives access to one candle ritual. An unused key may be given to another person.
The ritual includes a pre-recorded energy transmission.
No specific outcome is promised or guaranteed.
Digital access and refunds
Access to the purchased digital ritual is provided immediately after payment.
If your key is not delivered, does not work, or you are unable to access something you purchased, contact:

We will investigate the problem and, where appropriate, restore access or issue a refund.
A refund is not offered solely because the ritual did not produce a particular result.
Nothing on this page limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Where applicable law gives you a withdrawal or cancellation right for digital content, any loss or waiver of that right applies only where permitted by law and where the required consent has been obtained before immediate digital access begins.
Privacy
NRR processes only the personal information reasonably necessary to operate Ritual Candle and fulfil purchases.
This may include:
- the email address provided during purchase
- information relating to your order and purchased key
- information necessary to operate and secure the service
- information you voluntarily enter when using the ritual
This information is used to:
- process and fulfil your purchase
- provide and manage your ritual key
- send transactional emails relating to your purchase
- provide customer support
- maintain the security and proper operation of the service
- comply with applicable legal and accounting obligations
The legal basis for processing information necessary to provide your purchase is the performance of the contract between you and NRR.
Information may also be processed where necessary to comply with legal obligations or to protect the service against fraud, abuse and security threats.
Payments are processed by Stripe.
Ritual Candle does not receive or store your full payment-card number.
Personal information may be shared with service providers used to operate the website, process payments and send transactional emails, but only where necessary to provide those services.
We do not sell your personal information.
Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and for any period required by applicable legal, accounting or security obligations.
Depending on the law applicable to you, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability.

Intellectual property
The Ritual Candle name, design, written content, audiovisual material and ritual recordings may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed or commercially exploited without permission, except where permitted by law.
